During the COVID-19 shelter in place, Patrick began a series of live online Parkinson's exercise classes. The word quickly spread and people from all over the world joined the workout. Canada, Israel, England, Scotland, India, etc. Equipment used during this class are: 2 hand weights, gym towel, ball and exercise tubing. This was his first "Gentle Parkinson's Exercise Class" designed to help those who are chair bound to stay active and feeling strong. The workout is also useful for those more mobile and incorporates important functional movement patterns/lessons that can improve your activities of daily living (ADL's). Enjoy!
