This is the first workout for the Brain&Body Bar and is performed in a chair. It incorporates the bar and is extremely beneficial in improving aerobic fitness as well as balance and strength. You will find this workout to be challenging, yet fun. It incorporates evolutionary movement patterns which we have been performing as humans since we've hunted and gathered to provide for our families. Rows, chops, presses, lifts, pulls, etc. all fun and effective movement patterns that can restore strength, balance and function.
